Terms of service
The agreement between you and the operator of the SIEmail service. Effective date: October 16, 2026.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, issuing an API key, or calling the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Beta service
SIEmail is currently provided as a free beta. It is not a guaranteed-delivery platform: a "sent" status means the mail provider accepted the message, not that it reached an inbox. We may adjust features and limits as the service matures; material changes will be announced in the console or on this site in advance where practical.
3. Your account and keys
Sign-in is tied to one verified email address, and each address holds exactly one active API key at a time. The raw key is shown only once; you are responsible for keeping it secret. Re-verifying your email rotates the key.
4. Fair use
Each key is limited (currently 100 events per day and 2,000 mails per month). We may adjust these limits or suspend keys that attempt to circumvent them.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the event payloads you submit. You grant us the limited right to process and transmit them solely to deliver your notifications and operate the service.
7. Service materials
The service, including its software, website, and documentation, is owned by the operator and protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you any rights in it beyond using the service.
8. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed notifications. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim (zero during the free beta).
10. Termination and changes
You may stop using the service, revoke your keys, or request account deletion via [email protected] at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we change the terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
